Dateline 1-03-05
The current year has ended in a slight diffusion. I have finished College pulling two 4.0 grades is Management and Psychology. The culture of impunity is what is to be addressed and the social consciousness of the zeitgeist. It is one of antisocial personality. The level of corruption especially of the white-collar economic perspective is huge and is why there is a despoiling of the earth.

I am living in Cambria, CA, overall the wealthiest community to be exposed but with a decidedly antisocial history. The narcism that is cultivated by LAPD is one based on differential treatment, different laws for different people. To look at the persons of the populations reminds of the sullen face biblical descriptions of persons that realized that material prosperity is not the gateway to heaven.

The giving of defacto deals to economize appears to be pandemic. The United States is no cleaner than any other nation in degree except that non-cash deals as business rigging and job providing are the manners to avoid a cash trail.

The police continually wish to fabricate a polar opposite of my actual natural person. The opening statements on this site are over 90% strong to date and from activities I do nor see any change.

I am increasingly reviving my Vedic perspective through this ordeal. The police condescendingly wish to invent into a drug using, heavy metal personality predisposed to following whatever trend a locality is pursuing.

On the mundane level one of my greatest psychological achievements is being an anti-localist. In California where this is a badge of honour this could put you into odds with the populace. If this situation is non-violent I relish this type of ordeal. I believe it is related to ethnic nationalism as a source of war. I also posit this as conflict of identity.

Interestingly enough the people are not very conscious and informants for the police instead of citizenship.

Now that I have finished my last session at Columbia College, I will be at more liberty to directly confront the government, the police, and their agents. In this relationship LAPD code-named the dealers are attempting to identifying me as one of their supporters and their absurd manner of torture tactics. An interesting facet of this is to defame my ability. I have achieved a short term 3.8 GPA average over the last 60 credits. I have a 3.18 overall GPA. At Allan Hancock the issue of plagiarism occurred. No matter what I did I was not able to please my instructor. I believe my paper on Euthanasia was respectable and original and have published such.

The police are attempting to aggrandize the leader, The Fly or agent of the The Baltimore Studio, Jim as the author. This is only defining the level of psychopathy at hand.

In further relation we come to the spatiality at hand, San Luis Obispo. The three most prominent towns in question are Cambria, Morro Bay, and Paso Robles CA. One can define the culture as one of treason. Persons are antisocial. I would put the number at 80%. Cowardliness does not adequately define was is going on here, in the United States or the world.

Aaron Chaffinch Superintendent of the Delaware State Police has been placed on administrative leave due to a lawsuit brought by yet again another officer whom I did go to school with Captain Connelly.

I have returned to Bishop Inyo County CA. The Fly and LAPD are leading the mechanisms of torture here as they were in Cambria CA. This is specifically sexual blackmail and harassment through the street with great numbers involved slamming doors.

The entirety of the cultural base of the United States is very antisocial. This is manifested as cowardliness and the blackmailing of a corrupt economic process. The entire species of homo sapiens is overrated. The population are not really citizens at all but informants. Former President Bush Sr. accused Iraq of having a 40% base of informants. I would place the United States at no less than 80 %.

I have been yearning to write Wharton Business school over the economic corruption as I no response or leadership from the business community and they will lose financially in the future.

I am writing and sending a memo from my blog which deals with the fraud of your mismanagement of the scorched earth attack against David Nollmeyer.

I have just finished mailing in my vote on a class action suit against the Hare Krishnas with strong CA links. I believe your delusions of being President are unfounded. I will in the future hope to confront you in person with the spraying and harassment from the cowards that call themselves human in this state.

Chief Bratton and your person should be aware that this fiction is entering it's 19th year about April 25.

The attack on my integrity goes unabated. I have returned to Inyo Co and the charade of isolating me and proposing that I have only three college classes to my credit is used to make the locals or what The Flies refer to as pluralism feel qualified.

At the last motel room I was at in SLO County two young prostitutes rented the next room. One was quite attractive the other of average looks. I did not see the more attractive one at first but could hear her talking through the walls. She was someone I was not really interested in meeting. I was in the last week of sessions. Needless to say she was offended and a walking riot. Girl Interrupted personified. I did not wish to call the police on her and this was a mistake. She simply escalated her antisocial behavior on cue.

Regardless here in Inyo Co she has been offered as my choice of spouse and superior than persons I have known in the past. She is clearly one of the worst females I have had the misfortune of meeting.

This isolation tactic is used to support gay pride here for the local community. If I hear anything of this when I walk into a store or public place I will now flat out state that she was a prostitute.

We are dealing with hostage taking and a shield concept here. This is California versus Delaware and gay and bisexual versus heterosexual. I will easily standup against LAPD and their cronies. Here other mates are two strike felons from Delaware whom I do know. They are mostly losers to drug prosecutions. I would wish to elaborate more on this issue but it reflects on the psychopathy at play here and the fatalism and dependency of the culture.

I am going to personally confront Arnold Schwarzenegger over his management of the scorched earth situation and this event.

The last situation regarding the prostitute still persists. The LAPD is obsessed with her. They continually ramble nearly twenty-four hours a day about her and blame me. This was no accident. I have been working hard attempting to promote human rights as well as my own cause. DENOUNCE TORTURE DAY USA is April 28, 2005 and I will lead into that cause later.

I have been working in fumes 10-12 per day when I do have access. You may not realize such but you have participated in one of the most unique events is state planning and totalitarianism by simply visiting this site. I have added several blogs and small sites. Bear in mind one has to concentrate in coverage of over 6 billion persons worldwide. Not all persons have the Internet but this is the audience I am aiming at. Material has to be duplicated due to access and filtering.

One does not realize such but I posted a one-page site in the mid-199os for about thirty dollars for four months; quite expensive by today's standards.

The need now is for a recapitulation. I WILL PERSONALLY STATE THAT THIS SITE IS AUTHORIZED. THE TITLE PAGE IS AN EXCELLENT OVERVIEW OF WHAT HAS OCCURRED OVER THE PAST NINETEEN YEARS AND DEFINITIVELY THE LAST FIVE.

I have defined what is a System of Torture with defacto and negligent abuse. This system is localized out of LAPD and radiated through the Delaware State Police, and Baltimore City Police of Maryland. The Baltimore Studio are secondary movers/and or agents of this system are being presented as criminal. The culture will raise the conditions of its own elimination. This in this instance is based on defection to the criminal system cited. I have traveled the United States extensively and find no location or group that will be able to speak effectively without sanitizing this event. Currently the Japanese and Chinese are being criticized in the United States press over the Chinese history. I believe this is true but reflects totally hypocrisy.

I have discussed an earlier confrontation with a prostitute in Morro Bay, SLO County who is a henchperson in this system.

LAPD is after over five months attempting to present prostitution as Mathura Lila a very advanced Vedic spiritual topic. This is also is an attempt to spread the HBT agenda but only retards such. This discussion reflects psychopathy and the sadism present in this system especially those LAPD members describing themselves as The Flies. The Delaware State Police are passive and dependent. The Baltimore Studio are lesser degrees of the above but wreak incredible damage for the small remittance they are alleged to make.

I am in consideration of finishing my BA and attempting advanced professional schooling. I do not wish to keep stressing such but my GPA is 3.18 and I have over a 3.8 in the last sixty credits of 149.5 total. I am in the settlement phase of a class action lawsuit, which may total over 45 million dollars.

There are actually two prostitutes one very pretty and one of average appearance. The pretty one is the more antisocial person. I am not supporting prostitution. I do not even know these individuals names, did not allow them into my room. To be continued.

The condition of the prostitutes reflects the modus operandi in various manners. There is a group consideration and ad hominem. These two figures are imbedded with Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Cuesta College students. If these persons are rejected than the legitimate students, mostly female will also suffer in foolish minds. I am leaving Inyo County this week. The slander is so bad as to how I have not impregnated one of these persons when they are so attractive.

This reflects the culture and values of the police and Baltimore Studio and not David Nollmeyer. There is also the question of body dismorphic disorder. I have kept in reasonable physical condition throughout this whole ordeal. I weigh roughly 155 - 157 lbs at most. I exercise almost five days a week without fail. LAPD and Baltimore Studio approach being 50 lbs overweight each.

I cannot be a front person and victim of these individual sexual preferences. The hostaging, extortion, and blackmailing of activity is deplorable. The police asked for a friend to knock on the girl's rooms and mine. I did not have any relationship whatsoever with these persons. I believe that the Baltimore Studio is using the Synclavier sampling piano to overdub that I was present in the girl's rooms, which is untrue.

One of these girls took this very personal. There was a total warof antisocial behavior as slamming the door of her room. I cannot believe how any sane person would consider that we had anything near friendship. We did not even exchange names, which was deliberate on my part.

I do not wish to spend any more time on this person, as it is totally negative but a microcosm of tactics that are being employed.

This is not helping the reputation of Inyo County or the High Sierras to say the least.

The situation previously discussed defines the current zeitgeist. In a mode of chivalry the police and myself were near equally prepared in the abstract nineteen years ago. Since the year 2000, LAPD has attempted to front the HBT agenda with me as a point person. I contacted the Organization of American States to dispute this activity. I was in Chipley, FL. At the time and attempting to fini two RICO suits against Bernard Parks and William Lockyer. These two suits may be seen at http://nollmeyer.tripod.com.

Since this time I have attended college. I have obtained over 60 credits with over a GPA of 3.80, a 3.18 cumulative GPA. I should be choosing whether to attend a masters degree program or a law school now.

This is redundant but needed.

I am in the library at College of the Redwoods in Crescent City. I have a GPA 3.93 with 19 credits here. The culture here is a retreatist stronghold versus the ritualistic culture that dominates most cultures. I would have to state by default I would be rebel. This is not by my choice, but the whole culture is corrupt. I am adhering to the famous criminologist Lombroso who stated that more than 80 percent of the individuals were atavistic.

The marijuana culture here is very pronounced and is not an asset. Under considerations of defection and racketeering any criminal activity is easily exploitable. The connection between prostitution and drug use in recent activities is not an accident. The decline in reputation of the California Girl is contrasted by imbedding two real about 25 year old prostitutes and female students from Cal Poly and Cuesta College. The drug dealing is another aperture for the state to penetrate tacitly against the individual under the color of right while stating they are
prosecuting a crime. The agents are the atavistic defected population.

State Police Name Second in Command
New deputy superintendent is 18-year veteran of agency

The Delaware State Police completed its change of command Friday by naming Maj. Mark W. Seifert as deputy superintendent. Seifert, 42, of Hockessin, will hold the rank of lieutenant colonel and be second in command to Col. Thomas F. MacLeish, the new superintendent. After two years as lieutenant colonel, MacLeish last month succeeded the beleaguered Col. L. Aaron Chaffinch, who held the top position for 3 1/2 years.

Under Chaffinch, the agency's reputation was tarnished by lawsuits from black, white and female officers, whose accusations ranged from racial and gender bias to retaliation and favoritism in discipline and promotions. The state has lost or settled several cases, and four remain pending in U.S. District Court in Wilmington. Chaffinch stepped down May 5, shortly after he returned from five months on paid leave ordered while the agency investigated allegations stemming from a female captain's discrimination lawsuit. Officials found Chaffinch committed several
unspecified violations of agency policy, and he received punishment that has not been made public.

Seifert said he was honored to be chosen second in command of Delaware's largest police agency, which has 637 officers and 250 civilian employees.

"I'm overwhelmed,'' he said. "There are so many qualified people with great leadership skills. I appreciate the opportunity and the trust the colonel has in me.'' While acknowledging the force's recent troubles, Seifert pledged to help the agency move forward.

"I'm a believer in trying to get the flywheel moving inch by inch, foot by foot and letting the momentum take over,'' Seifert said. "We can open the doors in terms of listening to our incumbent troopers and their concerns.''

A native of Baltimore, Seifert is an 18-year state police veteran who has held the rank of major since 2001. He heads the agency's information technology division, and he has overseen New Castle County field operations since August. He earned a citation for cracking a drug ring in 1989.

Seifert was promoted over three other majors: Joseph A. Papili, Randall Hughes and Paul Eckrich.

"The selection was a difficult one,'' MacLeish said. "There are many qualified troopers for this position, but unfortunately there is only one
deputy superintendent, and I am honored he agreed to serve in that capacity. He's the right choice, a proven leader.''

Sgt. Vincent Fiscella, president of the Delaware State Troopers Association, the agency's labor union, applauded his friend Seifert's selection. "He's got a lot of talent and I expect that between the colonel and lieutenant colonel, we're going to have an outstanding working relationship,'' Fiscella said. David B. Mitchell, Delaware's secretary of Safety and Homeland Security, said Seifert would bring fresh approaches to department wide problems and help restore public confidence.

"He'll be reaching into his tool kit with Tom MacLeish and get the ship moving in the direction we all want to see it in,'' Mitchell said. "The people who pay our salaries want to be proud of the state police, and it's up to us to give them something to be proud of.''

I have been working quite hard in the past month. The retirement of Superintendent Chaffinch of the Delaware State Police has aide me tremendously. If it were not for the torrential rains that hit the Gold Coast of California this winter as San Luis Obispo, I would have brought a civil suit against Cuesta College.

The college students except for Santa Monica City College are all corrupt. The colleges are:
Palos Verde
Cuesta College
College of the Redwoods
Columbia Distance at Cuesta
These are species related normative descriptions. I do not see any identity based localist, regionalist, or ideologically based paradigm producing any greater results with the current level of what we call homo sapiens.

I am making these statements as LAPD is attempting to use San Luis Obispo as a shield as was predicted. Del Norte has a population of 30,000 with a median income of $30,000. Inyo County had a population of 20,000 with a median income of $19,000. The city of San Luis Obispo has about 60,000 persons with a median income of $60,000.

In Delaware, New Castle County has a population of about 500,000 with a median income of $40,000. Kent County has a population of 125,000 plus with a median income of $30,000. Sussex County has a population of 150,000 with a median income of $27,000.

Dateline 7-14 -2005
The correct process in this issue or any human rights event is PROSECUTION TO THE ORIGIN. There are two alignments present the majority faction which acts with LAPD who are the main principals. They are presently attempting to set up their accomplices the Delaware State Police as the main movers. They are also attempting to set up The Baltimore Studio as innocent. They are with LAPD the Gay - Bisexual factor which are attempting to use red herring baiting tactics for historical purposes.

I have been a lifelong heterosexual period. One cannot put their hand on their, use the phone, or similar tactics which amount to hearsay and emerge victorious. Diversity is not a problem to address using a social group to insulate crime is not new. Hostaging public figures as Jesse Jackson or even marijuana growers, as is going on now in the Redwoods will not work. An efficient operation to identify all criminal actors to the Origin is correct.

One should demonstrate intent, good faith, and concrete acts for credibility. This is totally absent. If this was occurring the spraying of the environment, electronic surveillance, and negative behaviors as harassment and intimidation would cease.

THE LABELING OF THE EVENTS SUPRA AS SELF DEFENSE IS ABSURD.

What is at hand is ritualism. The population has emerged dependent on a de facto arrangement with the law enforcement. This is the same argument that officials give for problems that other nation-states with their management of domestic life.

Eight Stages of Genocide
By Gregory H. Stanton (Originally written in 1996 at the Department of State; presented at the Yale University Center for International and Area Studies in 1998)

Genocide is a process that develops in eight stages that are predictable but not inexorable. At each stage, preventive measures can stop it.

The later stages must be preceded by the earlier stages, though earlier stages continue to operate throughout the process.
The eight stages of genocide are:

Classification Symbolization
Dehumanization
Organization
Polarization
Preparation
Extermination
Denial

1. CLASSIFICATION:
All cultures have categories to distinguish people into "us and them" by ethnicity, race, religion, or nationality: German and Jew, Hutu and Tutsi. Bipolar societies that lack mixed categories, such as Rwanda and Burundi, are the most likely to have genocide. The main preventive measure at this early stage is to develop universalistic institutions that transcend ethnic or racial divisions, that actively promote tolerance and understanding, and that promote classifications that transcend the divisions. The Catholic church could have played this role in Rwanda, had it not been driven by the same ethnic cleavages as Rwandan society. Promotion of a common language in countries like Tanzania or Cote d'Ivoire has also promoted transcendent national identity. This search for common ground is vital to early prevention of genocide.

2. SYMBOLIZATION:
We give names or other symbols to the classifications. We name people "Jews" or "Gypsies", or distinguish them by colors or dress; and apply them to members of groups. Classification and symbolization are universally human and do not necessarily result in genocide unless they lead to the next stage, dehumanization. When combined with hatred, symbols may be forced upon unwilling members of pariah groups: the yellow star for Jews under Nazi rule, the blue scarf for people from the Eastern Zone in Khmer Rouge Cambodia. To combat symbolization, hate symbols can be
legally forbidden (swastikas) as can hate speech. Group marking like gang clothing or tribal scarring can be outlawed, as well. The problem is that legal limitations will fail if unsupported by popular cultural enforcement. Though Hutu and Tutsi were forbidden words in Burundi until the 1980's, code-words replaced them. If widely supported, however, denial of symbolization can be powerful, as it was in Bulgaria, when many non-Jews chose to wear the yellow star, depriving it of its significance as a Nazi symbol for Jews. According to legend in Denmark, the Nazis did
not introduce the yellow star because they knew even the King would wear it.

3. DEHUMANIZATION:
One group denies the humanity of the other group. Members of it are equated with animals, vermin, insects or diseases. Dehumanization overcomes the normal human revulsion against murder. At this stage, hate propaganda in print and on hate radios is used to vilify the victim group. In combating this dehumanization, incitement to genocide should not be confused with protected speech. Genocidal societies lack constitutional protection for countervailing speech, and should be treated differently than in democracies. Hate radio stations should be shut down, and hate
propaganda banned. Hate crimes and atrocities should be promptly punished.

4. ORGANIZATION:
Genocide is always organized, usually by the state, though sometimes informally (Hindu mobs led by local RSS militants) or by terrorist groups. Special army units or militias are often trained and armed. Plans are made for genocidal killings. To combat this stage, membership in these militias should be outlawed. Their leaders should be denied visas for foreign travel. The U.N. should impose arms embargoes on governments and citizens of countries involved in genocidal massacres, and create commissions to investigate violations, as was done in post-genocide Rwanda.

5. POLARIZATION:
Extremists drive the groups apart. Hate groups broadcast polarizing propaganda. Laws may forbid intermarriage or social interaction. Extremist terrorism targets moderates, intimidating and silencing the center. Prevention may mean security protection for moderate leaders or assistance to human rights groups. Assets of extremists may be seized, and visas for international travel denied to them. Coups d'etat by extremists should be opposed by international sanctions.

6. PREPARATION:
Victims are identified and separated out because of their ethnic or religious identity. Death lists are drawn up. Members of victim groups are forced to wear identifying symbols. They are often segregated into ghettoes, forced into concentration camps, or confined to a famine-struck region and starved. At this stage, a Genocide Alert must be called. If the political will of the U.S., NATO, and the U.N. Security Council can be mobilized, armed international intervention should be prepared, or heavy assistance to the victim group in preparing for its self-defense.
Otherwise, at least humanitarian assistance should be organized by the U.N. and private relief groups for the inevitable tide of refugees.

7. EXTERMINATION:
Extermination begins, and quickly becomes the mass killing legally called "genocide." It is "extermination" to the killers because they do not believe their victims to be fully human. When it is sponsored by the state, the armed forces often work with militias to do the killing. Sometimes the genocide results in revenge killings by groups against each other, creating the downward whirlpool-like cycle of bilateral genocide (as in Burundi). At this stage, only rapid and overwhelming armed intervention can stop genocide. Real safe areas or refugee escape corridors should be established with heavily armed international protection. The U.N. needs a Standing High Readiness Brigade or a permanent rapid reaction force, to intervene quickly when the U.N. Security Council calls it. For larger interventions, a multilateral force authorized by the U.N., led by NATO or a regional military power, should intervene. If the U.N. will not intervene directly, militarily powerful nations should provide the airlift, equipment, and financial means necessary for regional states to intervene with U.N. authorization. It is time to recognize that
the law of humanitarian intervention transcends the interests of nation-states.

8. DENIAL:
Denial is the eighth stage that always follows a genocide. It is among the surest indicators of further genocidal massacres. The perpetrators of genocide dig up the mass graves, burn the bodies, try to cover up the evidence and intimidate the witnesses. They deny that they committed any crimes, and often blame what happened on the victims. They block investigations of the crimes, and continue to govern until driven from power by force, when they flee into exile. There they remain with impunity, like Pol Pot or Idi Amin, unless they are captured and a tribunal is established to try them. The best response to denial is punishment by an international tribunal or national courts. There the evidence can be heard, and the perpetrators punished. Tribunals like the Yugoslav, Rwanda, or Sierra Leone Tribunals, an international tribunal to try the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia, and ultimately the International Criminal Court must be created. They may not deter the worst genocidal killers. But with the political will to arrest and prosecute them, some mass murderers may be brought to justice.

This information reflects the lower intensity conflict ongoing. Most of the data on Dehumanization comes from an are known as Conflict Resolution. Dehumanization is creating a psychological image of the enemy that is less than human. The area of censorship is also increasingly profound and the reasons a state would wish to censor or sanitize its history. What is unique here is the Gay fascism, this does not mean homophobia it means that Gays are the oppressors.

Today is my 44th birthday. There is a total rupture at this point in the propaganda used by LAPD and what I am posting here. This is definitively going to prove the caliber of any person or group stating that they are in the possession of accurate information concerning the person of David Nollmeyer.

To begin with I argue the presentations of the past four presidents to be totally fraudulent.

Truth - I do not support LAPD in this endeavor. They are institutionalizing a rogue group of corrupt police offering and extorting acts under what are called "deals". I am at College of the Redwoods and have heard students endorse what are "cells" which is only disgracing the institution especially at the human rights level. When I was in Fort Bragg, Mendocino in 2001 this county was completely corrupted. San Luis Obispo and Cuesta College are similarly disgraceful in the execution of duties that pertain to citizenship. The illiteracy is focalized in that LAPD deals are operational through an anti-intellectual language that is drawn form profiles that will lead to three-strikes sentences and very poor diagnostics from The DSM-IV manual. Huge populations of persons are discussing this event referring to what "Bill" would do. "Bill" is a code also my middle name, of a criminal drug dealer. One can choose one from the Berkeley, CA area or the Kent County De area. Either way this is not drawn from a John Doe based from the Bill of Rights. There is a huge deficit in civicism and abstracting moral principles. Speech patterns are
an important indicator of criminality. There is an Orwellian and Burgess pattern emergent in the disintegration of the English language. This is one of the most important cultural effects that will endure as a result of the incompetence in this ordeal.

I am beginning to specialize in social science towards law and the situation with the college student is absurd, the employees, local police all the way to the president.

False - There is persistent agenda to promote me as a gay or bisexual and then a group orientated person to institute what is a severe and corrupt practice into the culture. Delaware is slipping into one of the most dangerous places to live as it urbanizes. The state is number four in AIDS and number fifteen in Part I Crime. Maryland is also equally situated. The counties in California as Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Mendocino, Humboldt, and Del Norte also are being escalated. It takes perhaps five or more years to see a trend that will prevail. What is clear is that crime and AIDS bear a correlation and are officially recognized. The human rights abuses are not being counted and the real crime rates are perhaps triple what the FBI reporting will state.

In the last two months I have seriously shifted from being a student to writing actively. There is tremendous opposition from the LAPD. (When I state that I am against this department I am referring to those operating criminally on my person.)

As I write and send memos to Governors, Homeland Security Directors, Senators, and human rights groups this directly contradicts the hearsay propaganda that is being generated.

Chief Justice William Rehnquist has just passed away. There is a synchronic nexus here that is worth noting. In 1998 I penned a writ of certiorari, Cv 98-7018 that would come to be denied. This occurred in Greenville, Plumas County in Northern California. The case was Nollmeyer versus U.S. Government, Delaware State Police, et al. It
was denied January 19,1999. President Bill Clinton was also impeached near this date and the Microsoft anti-trust proceedings began. I also listened to part of the impeachment proceedings in Plumas County.

Rehnquist died while I was in Plumas County, Katrina struck, and the recruiting of drug users as scapegoats is just as corrupt as it always was. The so-called legitimate business community is also feeling the heat from the defacto DEALS.

I am in transit from Crescent City, CA back to Big Pine, CA. I traveled through Northern CA. A person traveling to the Burning Man Festival picked me up. I was dropped of in Alturas the Sunday before Katrina hit the other Crescent City, New Orleans. Outside of Sierra Vista I had a very decent look at the Crescent Moon that is an Islamic symbol. I took a photo of such but I doubt if the disposable I am using will pick up the details.

I am continually harassed as I travel back. Before I enter a store LAPD either states to the employees or locals that I will steal, I am a member of a gang, (Pagans from Delaware), or am a drug dealer or is trying to steal Vick's inhalers to make speed.

The truth is that I do not drink alcohol, smoke marijuana, use drugs, or gamble. I have to continually battle the red herring tactics that state that I am gay or bisexual. I am going to start writing the gay and bisexual legislators in California. They, as Governor Schwarzenegger are going to get called out on HUMAN RIGHTS. A gay marriage bill is heading to the Governor in a few days for his consideration.

LAPD is Gay Fascist. They are using systematic human rights violations. They have proclaimed themselves militant Gay Militia. According to what research I have conducted this is the element from which Gay Fascism emerges. This is unique and worth the effort to research. All parties that advocate or use violence should be denounced and prosecuted.

One will be ahead if such is done morally and correctly.

I am back in Inyo County CA. The question now as I begin to attempt write more seriously is that of equilibrium. LAPD has maintained this event by offering deals that have nothing to deal with real law enforcement and are illegal in type and kind.

Are the people writ large better of after this process? No they are not. If one uses an arbitrary 0 for the beginning of this event and compare now, no they are not. Economists will cite net worth and health officials may cite life expectancy. The error is in the acknowledgement of the antecedent in the environment.

There are over 2.1 million persons incarcerated. This number increases by around 48,000 per year. The HIV rate is now 44,000 per year. The 1,000,000 Aids case will occur by July 1, 2006. The current number now would be over 970,000 cases. These types of persons cannot be doing well under these conditions.

The damage to the culture is incalculable. States as Germany and Japan have rebounded after disaster as WWII has demonstrated.

President Bush is making tremendous miscalculations give the current zeitgeist. There have been two hurricanes this month and Los Angeles is on fire now although the fire fighters are doing an incredible job of saving structures.

In Crescent City, California at the College of the Redwoods, a library technician has been abusive and is supposed to emulate the incompetence of the prostitute. She is guilty of her own activities.

I HAVE SUBMITTED A GRAND JURY COMPLAINT TO THE DEL NORTE COUNTY GRAND JURY AGAINST THIS PERSON, COLLEGE OF THE REDWOODS, AND GOVERNOR ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER.

In California there is a county grand jury where persons can submit criminal complaints by circumventing the police. his could put you into odds with the populace. If this situation is nonviolent I relish this type of ordeal. I believe it is related to ethnic nationalism as a source of war. I also posit this as conflict of identity.

I have just emailed Rep. Dan Lundgren CA and Rep King NY on Homeland Security. Lundgren has been the Attorney General for California during this fiasco. King is the Chairperson of the House Committee on Homeland Security. I am coming to grips as to how bogus this entire endeavor is to secure the Homeland. It is the population in the Homeland that are the current greatest threat. I believe that avian flu will decimate the economy of Delaware.

There are former Delaware State Police officers that live right done the street from my mother. Poultry is the number 1 agriculture product in this state. I also believe that health most likely coronary problems, drug issues, and mental health will be a greater factor in the next four years. I am going to begin a more formal legal approach in Grand Juries and the Federal Court system in 2006.

I have decided to redo all my websites with Frontpage. I have no choice as The Baltimore Studio and LAPD are hacking. This is basicallyonly word processing. The blogs at the bottom are a total mess. What this will do is focalize the conflict over real history and censorship andpropaganda. In the light LGBT history is going to be criticized. I hope I have cured the navigation problems. If this is true then I will gradually improve the formatting of the pages. I hope to have some more interesting photos in the new year. I am in Yuma, AZ at the present and will hopefully leave for Joshua Tree National Forest tomorrow. I have never been there. The temperature can reach 115 degrees in the summer so the 70 degree mark now is an ideal time to explore.

I have no idea of what moral integrity remains of The Baltimore Studio. Their behavior forced an early creation of a website. I desire to move to more of a finished style than the rapid journalistic style being used now. Overall I am pleased but I wish I had more time to research and finish presentations. I have arrived in the Salton Sea area. The weather is nice here. The tactics that are being used on me cease amazement. I am supposed to be a petty thief drug dealer who needs LAPD to support my criminal crafts. Persons lay in wait in places from WalMart to the Chevron and 76 gas stations to harass persons. Somehow in their minds these individuals perceive themselves to be "the community" and proper citizens. In this instance I am suppose to be in awe of The Baltimore Studio or The Studio. It appears that part of their pay is immunity from drug prosecutions. LAPD is attempting to set up the Delaware State Police as the principal movers in the United States. This would only make them co-principals or secondary movers at the least.

Palm Springs has a large affluent Gay community. LAPD will consistently attempt to advertise me as gay before I enter any public place. They are retaliating against me because I am religiously conservative. Again Hrdayananda das Goswami is supposed to be my spiritual mentor. If anything all the above parties are held in prisoner's dilemma leaving the unseen enabler-provider LAPD fatalistically supported.

Here also persons and staff from Cuesta College and San Luis Obispo County are supposed to be endeared to me. This is especially true of four bisexual-lesbian students from one of my classes in 2002. Here individuals are the source of law not the constitution. This type of mentality is quite serious. I would state again that this will develop antisocial personality.

YOU WILL DEFINITELY SEE THIS DIAGNOSTIC IN THE UNITED STATES PRISON POPULATION AS A RESULT OF THIS EVENT. Happy Holidays! This is the last post for the year. I would like to thank everyone that has supported me in any fashion in the past year and beyond. It has been hard at times to figure the right mix of material that will work online. Regardless of such I will address more competent authorities and persons, locations, and events with prominence in 2006. At the present most officials are on vacation and this will give me a small break to consolidate.

I must admit that I am disappointed with the Bush administration's position on torture as well as the cavalier attitude of the public. This posture reinforces my intent to become more skilled and authoritative in my own person. I do not believe that a human rights community can be successful if such is solely contained in professional organizations. The culture must incorporate these concepts. This predisposes that any sustainable society must have a grassroots basis in human rights. Artificial management systems wishes to rise above a grassroots level. This involves specialization in core competencies. Realism dictates that basic minimum norms have to be in practice otherwise anarchy and photo-op fatalism strengthens. The professional organizations as Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch have to guard against becoming bureaucratic and oligarchical. This rectitude is apparent when NGOs prosper more than the persons they were designed to aid.

I would like to empathize also that the academic community has taken to roost and not lead. The culture war in the United States appears to many to justify being deferential to the domestic situation while pontification in solving international problems is possible. I believe that the 30,000 dollar tuitions that many leading universities charge will come into question in the future. I am caught between P or Q in how to set my productive resources to marginalize the whitewash and censorship. Hopefully others will realize that THEY ARE BEING MARGINALIZED AND STAND UP FOR THEMSELVES WHICH WOULD AID ME.
