After 19 years I have returned to the region. I am not enrolled at College of the Redwoods and a new title for the site is probable.
I have authored numerous texts on MOEC Studies. I had suffered 2 heart attacks in 2023. I have attempted to continue but the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is escalated. I have stated twice I would work on the project. I have 1 month of work completed since January 2023.
This escalation is designed to escalate Donald Trump past Joe Biden as the President with the worst criminal record.
I am in an isolated Black Hole of Censorship and Sanitization where I can not communicate. MOEC is LGBTi based and I have been a strict heterosexual all my life hence the severity. The recruitment of LGBTi militants in some form of warfare is a serious human rights issue criminally prosecutable under Federal Law with Crimes Against Humanity as a possibility.
I am content to end with Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part VI with only 3 chapters if need be. A Fall of the Anglo American Part VII is the work of another author. I would like to do a composite of The System which would reflect the Methodology. This too, does not appear likely. I would rework the text to accomplish this.

During January and July of 2023, I suffered two heart attacks. As such I was prevented from continuing research on MOEC Studies. The setting involving Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is escalated. In the panorama the Ukraine War continues. Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023 resulting in over 1000 causalities and multiple hostages. Gaza is in rubble with over 50,000 killed.
Joe Biden had a total and scripted meltdown in his presidential debate with Donald Trump. Biden was removed with Donald Trump winning a solid electoral victory over Kamala Harris and Tim Walsh but not winning 50 percent of the vote. J. D. Vance is now Vice President.
There appears to have been a referendum of the Woke agenda which I am not supporting.
Trump has imposed reciprocal tariffs which have crashed the stock markets on April 4, 2024.
Since my heart attacks a complete blackout or censorship has occurred. There is also a miniature black hole that occurs when I am in Mecca, California near the Salton Sea. It is Scripted that I would be a Gay LGBTi person. This is clearly false.
I believe my work on MOEC Studies as an approach to a system to be a significant contribution to History, Social Science, and the Philosophy of Science. In this continuation, I wish to sketch out Fall of the Anglo Paradigm VII for a future researcher. Under these conditions I do not believe I will be the individual to complete it.
The Membership of Cambridge are the proximate cause sine qua non.They are the Authorship of Totalitarianism. They are the Origin of state creation under a Prisoner's Dilemma hub and node system.
Cambridge has chosen to use a Greek Gift of the Gods Caveman Attack. This equates to Decelerating Intelligence DI versus Accelerating Intelligence or AI. This is modelled on a Pole Singularity where questions and behaviors are mapped from the I ++ quadrant of a graft to the III -- quadrant. An alternate view is also mapped on the Bell Curve for intelligence or IQ testing. These acts are scripted into settings as riding a Greyhound bus or LA Metrolink or train. These are mainly stalking scenarios.

At issue is the use of social control, hence the military, and those acting as code enforcement to control family planning. Marriages have been arranged in MOEC and the attack on those whom are not LGBTi is fierce. This is also true for those opposite sex individuals and all whom are Targets in MOEC. This extends from the Ex Deux Maquina.
It is clear that Jesus does not believe the Pharisees to be advanced in state craft and the administration of justice.

Alex Jones has lost a nearly $1 billion dollar settlement to families of Sandy Hook. In total 15 individual awards were handed down. I clearly do not condone Jones, as I believe from my own experience that the victims' families have suffered considerably. Twenty children and six educators were killed.
My concern is the duplicity that has enabled the United States to invert into a Criminal Enterprise with a repertoire of Censorship and Sanitization that has lasted over 35 years since June 17, 1987. This is inclusive of Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. No individual has stood forward. The return to the Hobbesian Nature of All Against All is pervasive.
The wildfires in California are nonstop and I am getting older now at 61. I will return to the texts in earnest in February, 2023. I would prefer to research, cite, and edit the output I have at hand over the winter.
The legal factors for amnesty and pardons have to be considered with statute of limitations as a purge of an informant continues without cease.
Mill Fire in Weed

On Friday September 2, the Mill Fire broke out in Weed. Over 100 houses have burned and 2 are dead. I believe that last year the location where I worked burned. It is off the Lake Shastina Road just inside the National Forest. Weed does not have a respectable reputation in this event. Lay in wait stalking and rigging one's career along the Yellow Brick Road are prolific.
If anyone wishes to discuss the strawman and how the west was lost, this is a case study. I will attempt to robustly defend any presence and work that has occurred in Siskiyou County. I hope that people are safe. When you have a chance to get out leave.
The temperature has been 116 degrees Fahrenheit in Sacramento. It is very close to 100 F here. Stay Safe.

I have passed 35 years of the Manifest Function of MOEC. I turned 61 on August 3. Remarkably I have outlived Ronald Reagan, Fidel Castro, Pope John Paul II, Osama bin Laden, and Ayman al Zawahari whom was killed in late July. I plan to have the next three texts completed before 2030. I hope within 6 years.

There is a clear differentiation emerging between those whom are educated and technologically skilled. It took only 150 years to despoil this area. The Paiute Tribe to my knowledge number in the 200s. The entire state is ruined. Modoc County and the area covered in this site are becoming more prominent in history and law.

As the Ukraine War continues and the January 6 Committee closes in on Donald Trump, Modoc County becomes more prominent in this Censored and Sanitized Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. If you read the Archives in this Journal if you do not live in the region, you will see a first person narrative of California Wildfires.
I have completed a minimum of work that I believe all would find adequate for an individual under inhuman and non normative circumstance. In the present we have a live enactment of one person takes on the whole town in the west. In reality the square dance in the Red Pony is inclusive of the entire world.
Democracy collapsed under Ronald Reagan and has been escalated by all seven Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Biden. The Censorship and Sanitization by sworn officials,NGO human rights groups, and media pundits is insulting. I do not see any credible work from anyone.
I had to flee Chester last year due to the Dixie Fire under COVID 19. I hope that this season's heat wave will spare us. The price of fuel is about $6.30 to $7.30 here. If this holds unemployment and bankruptcy will follow.
In the next few days I will be 61 years old. One should not kick the wall with their foot. I am making slow but strong progress on the writing.

On June 17, 2022 the 35th Anniversary of Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC's Manifest Function began in Dover, Delaware on June 17, 1987. I am directing your attention to the Manifest Function of Chemical Assault Scorched Earth imposed over my person. I am in Alturas, California. There is no doubt that Southern Oregon as Klamath is affected.
Since this date we have endured the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth, Electronic Surveillance, Stalking, wildfires, COVID 19, and the effects of the Ukrainian War. My Journals and Open Letters are an excellent narrative of the Western Wildfires which reads as The Lord of the Flies.
I have argued that the University of Cambridge is the Authorship sine qua non of this attack. Hence it is Crimes Against Humanity since there are no standing armies at face in the United States. In Ukraine it would be a War Crime.
The Electronic Surveillance imposed over me is so intense if Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was on television I could speak directly to him or Vladimir Putin of Russia for that matter.
If I was in Ukraine there would Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. All of the air, surface water, tap water, and any products that would be contaminated.
Hence, I continue the very solid allegation that Homosexual professors of Cambridge Law School circa the 1880s to 1930s are the mechanism that expands and contracts the British Empire. The structure has been handed off to LAPD where Homosexual officers continue the operation as The Wizard of Oz. The actual story was implanted in the culture. My information is superior to George Orwell's 1984 or Aldous Huxley's Brave New World.
I am being attacked because I am a heterosexual. Historically I have at least 26 Federal Lawsuits filed in a formal attempt to shut this down.
On November 3, 1978, Charles Gary Sampson was killed in Camden Wyoming, Delaware along Moose Lodge Road. I went to a Bob Seger Silver Bullet Band concert at the Spectrum in Philadelphia that evening. I was a friend of the person's vehicle where Sampson's body was found. The vehicle had set on fire.
While I talked to Forensic Officer Voshell, a then Senator Biden was present south of where were talking. The victim had ran across the soybean field. His tracks were 6 to 9 feet apart.
I flied an amicus curiae on behalf of the victim and court, Cv.99-5539, Nollmeyer v. Delaware State Police, et al. In Re: Doe Novella, Doe Pied Piper of Hamilton. Third Circuit Court of Appeals. One of the suspects had confided to me as to what had happened. It appears that a drug deal had went bad. There was a shotgun present that was handled by the victim and then at least of the suspects. Then the victim was told to exit the vehicle and run.
The alleged shooter has died of natural causes.
I have been harassed my entire life for remaining silent. I was never subpoenaed by the State of Delaware.
I was friends with both suspects. The one who confessed to me turned state's evidence. The alleged shooter pleaded innocent and his father testified he was at the Caesar Rodney High School game that evening.
He was found innocent so both went free.
In 1998 I wrote a writ of certiorari, Cv.95-0135, Nollmeyer v. U.S. Gov., Delaware State Police, et al. U.S. District for New Mexico in Greenville, California. There was a gun case from Greenville that I believe the Supreme Court did accept.
About 65 percent of Greenville burnt in the Dixie Fire last year. The location where I was in Chester along Lake Almanor also burnt. I was forced to flee to Mountainaire, Arizona.
The environment is highly escalated and a Theater of War. The study of prisoner's dilemma reveals that illegal defection, not cooperation explains the irrationality of Censorship and Sanitization of a Crime Against Humanity.

It has been many years since I have passed through Alturas. The wildfire situation in Weed is most likely the reason I would be here now. The polarity of conflict between LGBTi and Opposite sex interests have impacted the trajectory negatively. Fires are spreading in New Mexico near Ruidoso and Las Vegas. I have lived in both locations.
The formal beginnings of MOEC Studies as we see it are in Wagon Wheel and Ruidoso. I am glad I did not attempt to spend the summer there. I may have to scramble after July. It was cold during my week in Westwood. Lassen is a lightening rod for prosecution. Gay Irrationalism and Gay Know Nothing is escalated as LAPD loses the bogus tournament. They were designed to lose.
The Dunning Kruger Effect is a component of the in circulo demonstrando or circular argument which be refuted in elementary schools. The exaggeration of one's self worth and capabilities have destroyed the United States. I will attempt to consolidate 2 chapters this summer hopefully with a minimum of travel.

We are approaching the One Year Anniversary of the Fly Dixie Fire Complex which burned over 1 million acres. I was displaced from Chester. California, the location I was in was consumed. Behind where I wrote my Supreme Court writ of certiorari CV-98-7015 in 1998, in Greenville burned with two thirds of the town.
I fled to Mountainaire, Arizona, then returned to Desert Shores along the Salton Sea. I am writing to denounce Irrationalism in all it's forms. Irrationalism competed with Idealism as the main ideology of the early 20th century. The Irrationalists were fronted by Nazis, Neo Nazis, and Fascists. The Idealists were lead by the Liberals, Conservatives, and Communists.
I have been held under Chemical Assault Scorched Earth from June 17, 1987, the 200th Anniversary Year of the Constitution by a Gay Militia lead out of LAPD. At present they have artistically recruited FIDE Titled Chess Pros as accomplices.
This lends to a them of the Greek Gift of the God's Caveman Attack found in the London and French defense among others.
My Bill of Rights protections have been abrogated by Gay Police officers because I am a solid lifelong heterosexual. I lived in Rodney Village, the same neighborhood as a young Joe Biden in 1972. I met his wife whom died later in December of that year while on an outing to purchase a Christmas tree.
A reverse sting operation involving a small amount of LSD between college friends triggered this attack on the United States. The other individual was Richard Miller, whose father James Miller was the editor of the Delaware State News. As seen Biden clearly would know have known Jim and Barbara Miller.
Prisoner Dilemma does not guarantee rights. The Obstruction of Justice has lead to treason, misprision of treason within a RICO Enterprise of crimes against the person.
Saturday, May 14, and 18 year old Payton Gendron travelled to a Tops Supermarket in a Black neighborhood in Buffalo, New York. Wearing metal armor and holding an assault rifle, he shot 13 people, killing 10 of them.
His ideology was Nazi Fascist and anti Semitic. His hatred of Jews and Blacks is hard to fathom. Why do I have to write well paid federal and state officials demanding my rights? Our culture is one of Theater. I am not Meadow Lark Lemon or Hulk Hogan. I would hope that our leadership is beyond a fraternity hazing.
I have written openly against Populism, Nativism, and Fascism since 1997 in Ruidoso, New Mexico. The chief of the Mescalero Apaches and his daughter picked me up and dropped me off at the village. I camped at the entrance of the National Forest. I was stalked heavily there. I was told to look at those (million dollar) houses along the ridge. They are going to burn down. They did just after I left. I was also told that the fires would start near the airfield which is not that far off from they are these days. I had also live in Las Vegas and Trinidad Colorado.
I will identify the Fide Chess Players in letters later and I have this issue in published books.
I would like some legal action in restoring my Bill of Right Protections at the Federal and State level.

One Year Anniversary of the Fly Fire

We are approaching the One Year Anniversary of the Fly Fire which started near Quincy and merged into the Dixie Fire which is California's largest at over 1 million acres. I would like to write a full Appendix on the fire if circumstances permit. I left Westwood last year for Arizona and have been scrambling ever since.
Gasoline was between $7 and 7.5 dollars USD in Lee Vining near Lake Mono. As the Ukrainian War continues I expect the DOW to enter bear territory under 30,000 before any resurgence.
I have begun Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part VI in earnest and hope to complete another chapter this summer. I also hope to write two Open Letters.
