FBI: The Next Level

It appears that the time has come to focus most of my effort with the FBI which is at the federal level. There are at least 42 states that are directly involved with me present in personemm. This does not exclude state prosecution. It more than likely is a confrontation with the lack of performance of state officials regarding duties. The nature of these actions will be criminal. It also does not exclude civil complaints at any level.

The whole posture of the culture eternal, natural, and positive law is on it's head. There is no recognition as to the systematic torture that has been ongoing for over 20 years. In this regard I am engaging the FBI with criminal complaints as to why parties have not been charged and bound over to the courts. Homeland Security has jurisdiction over all code enforcement officials in the United States. It is clear that these parties are under the color of law.
The content of the website is at issue. This region is in the top 10 jurisdiction for prosecution. Historically there is no manner to explain what has happened without this area. For private persons these individuals would have to criminally prosecuted otherwise there is scapegoating and duplicity.

Rock Pioneer Bo Diddley has died. There are two members of The Studio that use
his name as their nom de guerre. They are the owner, a guitarist, and the

I have just arrived in Westwood, CA for the summer. This area is along the

few videos of progressive rock groups that I once followed, classical musicians,
and some of child prodigies. The latter were quite good.
Neither Fine or Popular Art has any significant contribution to do the morally and legally correct thing.
I am still composing albeit quite slowly and I will defend my own original scores.
The LGBT community is going to be quite embarrassed as well as
the heterosexual community in the analysis of the informant culture that is
destroying civilization and the environment. The culture wrecking ongoing is
irrationalist and know nothing.
This studio has willingly thrown down any attempt to seriously study music.
Youtube videos of musicians 6 years and up confirms that they take drug dealing
and the like in a higher priority.
California struck down a ban on Gay Marriage on May 15, 2008. I am supporting

constitutionally amend the code to support only marriage between a man and a
woman. This has worked in 16 states.

I am in Arizona at the present. I am certain that there are times that LAPD states that they are this group of musicians when in fact it is the police. Any persons construing this unit as benefiting the LGBT are seriously incompetent. I am in a college town and state capitol and this is ludicrous.
What is going to happen in tandem is that the race card is going to be played with The Studio being use to attack Jesse Jackson and Barack Obama at the present.

A very important fallacious pattern has emerged in regards to the structure of this mechanism of torture. Herein a very unique tactic is exposed. This is the use of a red herring to create a strawman argument. In simplicity a red herring is the use of premises that will support the opposite conclusion. I also use this in context here with ad hominem. A strawman is an argument that simply falls apart due to a lack of substantive factual basis in validity inference.
The splitting of the Baltimore Studio with Aaron being the mentor into The Studio is to create a strawman argument if one attempts to use a fallacy of separation or does not fully investigate the existence of this structure. The Studio is meant to preserve Escuche who has mutilated evidence regarding two motel prostitutes in San Luis Obispo with the same type of fallacy involved. This is the red herring.
It clear that henchwork is damaging the LGBT process of civil rights. The leaders of this movement will see this work as well as competent government authorities.

Hostaging As a Shield

The continuing mentality is to create a false history of me as a dependent gay/bisexual. This is done by hostaging the figure of Jesse Jackson, Nelson Mandela, and Desmond Tutu. This is done because five of the members of this structure are of African descent. I do not know of any direct activities of these figures that have been made on my behalf. Senator Kyl of Arizona who is gay is also used. I do not know of any work by this person and Arizona is in play at this point as I am on the border of California.
If this does not work Rosie O'Donnell is used. Ellen DeGeneres also is hostaged. The rock group Led Zeppelin is supposed to create some time of constraining response.
In degree I am not so sure if anyone cares if they are not directly negatively affected. I see the attempt to create a false hero for the LGBT agenda a very serious mistake on the part LAPD and their agents. I will not hesitate to defeat any slander or libel regarding my heterosexual orientation.
This orientation also pertains to my Vedic faith. The ISKCON community of New Ramen Reti is used to hostage me. I have just received a $500 settlement check from ISKCON in regards to the farm in Alachua Florida.

This is the day before Thanksgiving. The Baltimore Studio as part of its work differentiation mutilates evidence. This is to say that they alter or entirely fabricate evidence that is garnered from electronic surveillance from law enforcement. This is led by LAPD and is abetted by the Baltimore PD and the Delaware State Police. In this regards there is a massive attempt to portray me as Gay-Bisexual-Transgender. LAPD and The Baltimore Studio comprise this identity. This corrupt evidence is usually made by one member of The Studio or the orders from LAPD and then other members are asked to listen to the falsified records. This is then handed off to the Delaware State Police. This has LAPD unseen.
If I walk into a store or public place LAPD will usually have LGBT persons present to celebrate. This corruption is not sundry. I have a huge personal stake in the accurate documentation of this event.
I AM SOCIALLY CONSERVATIVE. I SUPPORT HETEROSEXUAL MARRIAGE AND FAMILY. I will not tolerate any attempt by any party to say that I am supporting the Baltimore Studio or The Studio in part or whole.

I am currently along the Colorado River. The use of class stratification here is blatant. The area has more in common with Arizona then California. Lake Havasu City north of here is affluent as is Pal Springs east of the river. I am being completely labeled as a drug dealer. I DO NOT EVEN DRINK ALCOHOL. I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO CREATE THE POSITION PAPER ON MARIJUANA IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF HASTE TO REFUTE THIS SLANDER. A Delaware State Police page will be available this week. It would be economically advantageous if I could leave California for at least half the year.
The damage to the LGBT culture will be tremendous. Any attempt to front me as a part of this culture will expose the abuse of torture of which The Baltimore Studio or The Studio is part of. This group of persons are members of the DRUG CULTURE not DAVID NOLLMEYER.
Overall the drug culture is antisocial with a very poor conscience and ethic pertaining to what is right or wrong. Any person who argues that marijuana is peaceful will have very little credibility by citing this event which has more than a statistical valid population under consideration nationwide. The Arabic culture used to use hashish to train assassins and I believe this is a correct departure for criticism.

The concept of labeling contains a concept of a dominate group of society imposing a linguistic synonym for a group of individuals. The weaker group than fulfils the the content of the label. This criminological concept has come to the forefront with predacious individuals. If one is labeled a predator by the criminal justice system than one will start to fulfill this container.
LAPD has attempted fro a higher structural level posit The Baltimore Studio as being superior moral persons, business persons, and musicians. This business is a sham as a music studio. Although they indeed make commercials for the Baltimore area, they do minimal to nothing to create a sustainable enterprise on an economy of scale. The musicians do attempt to further their education save for magazines and some software. I have different versions of some of this material which is superior on my computer. They do not upgrade their equipment. Pornography and drugs appear to consume a disproportionate amount of their static income.
This is company with diseconomies of scale. They have been micromanaged by LAPD. The leader is The Fly. This equates to rising cost and lower productivity.
Different persons of higher education and skill are attached in false sets to the code names of this studio. Jim if it is of a high caliber is a Phd who works at the Atascadero Forensic Facility for the criminally insane. This facilty has over five hundred sexual predators who have served their sentences but must pass an additional program to be released.
The Studio Jim has only a high school education. Jim, George, Escuche, and Mr. Original are being conditioned to being dependent gay-bisexuals to their mothers. They are extorted to run up high credit card balances and wait for their parents to die.

The current zeitgeist consists of profiling. This equates me to an intellectual ability that is far inferior to my real world performance. LAPD insists on being controllers when they should not. They must use persons of mediocre skill or use areas outside of capable persons expertise. The Baltimore Studio and the Delaware State Police will submit to extortion and blackmail and dumbdown. This means they will perform badly and call intimidation and harassment defense.
I do not use drugs and have a collegiate record of 149.5 credits of excellent and superior grades. This is between a 3.0 and a 4.0.
This studio are all high school educated. I do not have a direct participation in pop culture but have been a follower of progressive rock. I do not aggrandize any popular media of having any qualitative performance. Interestingly enough on a higher level I am refuting the current trend of demigod worship that is corrupting Gaudiya Vaishnavism basically for profit.
When I attended school at Cuesta College I had a 3.62 GPA in a limited amount of courses and a 3.8 at Columbia College.
It is redundant to repeat this but any localist presentation will yield persons of lesser caliber and increasing crime, and aids rates as well as other dysfunction.
These are very profound issues that should be elaborated on and will define an expert presentation versus a whitewash.

I am just finishing spending the July 4th Weekend in a very inconspicuous
location. The 1 millionth AIDS case has just transpired. By average 24,000
persons more are incarcerated than at the beginning of the year.
LAPD is still attempting to develop and spread the slander that I have been a
Gay or bisexual at different parts of my life. This is easily refutable by
behaviorism. I defy anyone to present any evidence or any male person who I have
had same sex contact with.
I am developing a new website Red Herring - Straw Man that will be up and
running in August. In relation, I am suppose to dependent and in awe of drug
dealers and sinsemeilla growers.
Here one can posit that I am also not for this activity in Delaware and I do not
support the criminal activity of the Baltimore Studio.
Siskiyou County is adjacent to Del Norte County where College of the Redwoods is
located. By confronting Head Librarian Technician Barbara Schneider legally and
historically, I am also confronting the groupism - localism paradigm which I am
against.
If Barbara Schneider is guilty and a poor example for a woman historically what
would this make all John and Jane Does regardless of their location?
This is absurd. I do not even drink alcohol, gamble, or do illegal drugs. The
Gay community is a shield. There is legislation that is being proposed in
California that wishes to promote the contributions of the GLBT community. The
destruction that has occurred should also be inclusive if such wishes to be
credible. History should state the objective facts not be a filter to white
wash.

Monogamy as a legitimate Vedic position. This does not conform to Guru - Sadhu -
Shastra.

I am in Alturas, California. Superintendent Macleish and past commander Chaffinch have lost major judgments in Delaware. Delaware State Police have lost over $2million dollars to past officers due to a mismanagement of a firing range. Here the issue is the gay baiting of The Studio and Aaron. In the past Richard Miller, a one time friend was a bisexual. This Hoax of a music studio is attempting to frame as a participant with Richard. Richard has been dead for about 15 years.
This Studio will perform mutilations of evidence to deal drugs. This entire culture of drug trafficking is extremely spurious. I am completely behind the prosecutions of the drug abusers and the goons. I will elaborate on this issue in the future.
Escuche is now being set up as a hero. Anyone who attempts to present as a fact that I use drugs and look up to this Studio should be ridiculed.

The bait and switch tactics of LAPD in attempting to demonstrate the Baltimore Studio as teachers to me is a demonstration of musical illiteracy that transcends music to all fields of study. This group of musicians are not really a studio at all. They are present only as a firewall and to mutilate evidence. Escusche is no where near a teacher to me.
One has to have a mentality of Teen Idol to come to these conclusions. I am slowly becoming more absorbed in my Vedic Faith and Vedic bhajanas.
Also in this connection the Baltimore Studio has chosen to be low-grade drug dealers instead of musicians wishing to develop. The study of real music is not present. The most systematic knowledge was derived from my study.
I am going to send Progress: Opus V and VI to the Copyright Office tomorrow. I need an Opus III and IV I believe now. Opus V reflects my earlier first ten years on the guitar when I played electric as my main interest. I will have studied twenty years as of September 15 2006. I did take almost 6 years off. This project here is infinitely more important.
I am attempting to be popular in Delaware? This state had better hope that no no one attempts to deal off their rights. This state is in the lowest ten percent in United States history.

I am in the process of amending a complaint at the College of the Redwoods in Del Norte, California. This will without a doubt corroborate the integrity of The Studio. I am in Bishop, California and the quality of data here on the streets completely is in opposition to my legal work and authorized sites.
The average person is more concerned with popular culture as getting drugs and so forth than being serious about any legal or historical fallout from this event. It is being advertised that I support The Studio and that Jim and I are equal. This can only occur in the abstract as we have completely different positions on the moral and legal structure of this event and The Studio's work.

Currently I am in Big Pine California. If you have been following anyone of my other websites, I have two AA degrees one in Fine Arts or music and the other in General Education from Laney College. Needless to say I should be applying to a graduate school. I have transferred to a four year institution, Columbia College of Missouri. I am taking Interdisciplinary Studies and have told persons I am aiming at Law.
LAPD is using four subjective students who were bisexual-lesbian female students at Cuesta College in San Luispo to attempt to aggrandize what should be abstract rights of citizenship. This would be The Bill of Rights in the main. The tenth amendment returns rights to the state.
The level of incompetence of basic acts of citizenship is severe. I do not see any person getting placed into any respectable law school or stating that they even comprehend Administration of Justice at even the AA level. All this does is create dependency of the police not primary law as your Bill of Rights. Law Enforcement is secondary law. They are empowered to uphold the primary law. I do not see this Studio having any legitimate function and standing in relationship to me.
Here we see the entrapment of a subculture who will be scapegoats in the present and historically humiliated. Inyo County is only 20,000 residents and can actually lose population.
You will see a definitive California presentation. I have no choice but to continue to refute The Studio.
Currently they have mutilated evidence stating that I have been bisexual with now departed Richard Miller of Dover, Delaware at Red Bridges, Maryland. This is ludicrous. There are already other legal records against the Delaware State Police regarding this type of slander.
