Hence the LGBT platform is creating the worst criminals at the public non-managemental unsworn officials. LAPD will create crime multipliers from informants and hierarchically aim such at competent officials as the president, governor, homeland security secretary, and attorney general.

It is clear that incest, LGBT orientation, and molestation as a child are the greatest indicator of future criminality. This is compounded by being an informant. In this regards with the groups mentioned, the County of Los Angeles, California, Delaware, and the Western Shore of Maryland have produced the most career and pathological criminals. I do not pertain to Pop Culture. I was on the exit from progressive rock in the the 1980s and nearly completely severed my connection on June 17, 1987 with most living composers. I am totally capable of writing decent classic guitar songs.

The San Joaquin Diocese of the Episcopal Church has chosen to sever ties with the main body of American Anglicans due to LGBT and other differences. This is their choice as they realign with conservative worshippers in South America.

I share and respect their views. The Boys Scouts of America are being evicted from public property in Philadelphia for maintaining a heterosexual only oath. I support them clearly and would voluntarily move to private property to remain true to the religious calling.

One Year Site Anniversary

Supra Irrationalism

Supra irrationality or irrationalism is an emergent subject pertaining to the philosophical orientation or psychological equilibrium of individual and collective actors at the international, national, and local levels. There is a direct but inverse relationship to super rationality which is a game theory prisoner's dilemma approach. Here two supra rationality players by logic and reason will choose to cooperate exactly to the betterment of each.

Supra irrationality will give demonstratable explanations to acts that appear to be fragmented and disjointed. Here there is usually a dissymmetry of information and power and control. One actor wishes to further one's benefit usually by deception, force, and or coercion. This is also true for the punishment or degradation of another player. The concept of under the color of law is invoked. Usually there is some predetermined plan or goal that is wished to be implemented. Herein the use of the word supra is clarified. There is usually an external system that is irrational that is dictating this mode of consciousness to a subordinate dependent party. If it is an individual or group the fatalistic higher party is invented or has ceased operating and the fatalistic-dependent relationship continued to justify psychic content and activities.

The concept of Higher Structural Levels of Cognition and the Culture of Impunity have to be considered.

At all levels of a system or hierarchy the following are true.

In prisoner's dilemma supra irrationality is never optimal.

Writing a Paper on Irrationalism

I am beginning to write a paper on supra irrationalism. This is a discussion which posits a fatalistic controller and a dependent subordinate at different hierarchical levels in prisoner's dilemma. The pre-determined goal is to have all players to defect to the controller. In this manner the controller and his group, if there is one can transform other systems to it's agenda. This is similar to a bot program as a computer virus.

Here this is emergent gay fascism. Supra irrationality will give demonstratable explanations to acts that appear to be fragmented and disjointed. Here there is usually a dissymmetry of information and power and control.

LAPD under the originator Cambridge Law School do not have the intelligence or will to aspire to any high qualitative culture. They are social wreckers who now choose their own survival and while destroying my life recruit a sizeable amount of LGBT to do criminal labor in machinery of torture.                                                                                     

Stating Facts in the Positive

The correct form of argument is modus ponens. If A then B. Then a A is proven if both subject and predicate are true.

LAPD has consistently used informal fallacies as the redherring/strawman in repetitive circular arguments. Recently I have been bombarded with their "Day of a Prostitute" which is no more than a 24/7 month on end rambling monologue on pornography, drug dealer worship, and gambling.

This is facilitated by being an informant.

In conclusion to all of this nonsense I have created enough direct evidence to refute the red herring gay bait on myself and Gaudiya Vaishnavism.

From here on I will focus primarily on spiritual/conservative issues in a non-partisan manner. I will be directly advocating heterosexual monogamy at the positive and natural law levels to public authorities to make only such legal marriage. I do not support civil unions as such permits homosexual conjugal visits in prison.

I am not completely sold on conjugal visits for heterosexual marriages either.

This eliminates the externality to the greater subject of which it is a subcomponent - Systematic Torture.   

The Use of False Profiling

LAPD has severely damaged the credibility of the entire Owens Valley. I am not a member of LGBT community here and have never have been anywhere else. The Baltimore Studio and The Studio is behind the mutilation of evidence. They obviously are motivated by drug dealing profits.

By my calculation I have only consumed a case of beer or less in alcohol in the last 27 years. This would be from San Diego on forward.

I am overtly challenging anyone who states that I am into a bar or nightclub scene. I have been accused of being a Pagan, which a motorcycle gang. All this is why I am morally conservative. I would post the the book list of Srila Prabhupada and Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura.

Neither teacher advocated homosexuality.

I also want to see someone from Inyo County put their legal reputation on the table here. The skill level here from all sides is poor even with a very low crime and HIV rate.

Everywhere else I have been especially of the California counties that are on the ocean and counties on the I-95 corridor.

Anyone who wishes to engage on the issues should be prepared for a fierce confrontation.

If you are attempting to build opinions on persons by receiving data from the shoulder packs of the local police or anyone other system by LAPD you are incompetent.

I publicly state that all the 2008 Presidential Candidates are condoning torture but this will be developed elsewhere.

The Use of Prisoner's Dilemma

Recently it has become more apparent that the use of Prisoner's Dilemma or defection is at the heart of the degradation of the culture. If one were to correctly follow a strong moral platform than that individual and collective is more sustainable.

Here LAPD is following a game theory model that stresses to continually defect. This platform is based on a de facto culture of law enforcement. One will only be an agent criminal if such a person were to continue defecting.  Such a continual play is called a Sub-Optimal Nash Equilibrium.

No can state that the last twenty years have been beneficial. Here it must be stressed with force that LGBT culture is more exposed. LAPD wishes to recruit a large number of persons from the drug subculture. I do no use drugs or alcohol.

I have an article from the USAToday from yesterday that states that 42,000 persons were incarcerated in 2006. This is like Christmas for me. There is no doubt that at least 80% of these individuals were against me.

In California the LA Times has stated that recidivism is 70% within ONE YEAR. This is a mind boggling statistic.

Prisoner's Dilemma

Will two prisoners cooperate to minimize total loss of liberty or will one of them, trusting the other to cooperate, betray him so as to go free?

In game theory, the prisoner's dilemma is a type of non-zero-sum game in which two players can "cooperate" with or "defect" (i.e. betray) the other player. In this game, as in all game theory, the only concern of each individual player ("prisoner") is maximizing his/her own payoff, without any concern for the other player's payoff. In the classic form of this game, cooperating is strictly dominated by defecting, so that the only possible equilibrium for the game is for all players to defect. In simpler terms, no matter what the other player does, one player will always gain a greater payoff by playing defect. Since in any situation playing defect is more beneficial than cooperating, all rational players will play defect.

The unique equilibrium for this game is a Pareto-suboptimal solution—that is, rational choice leads the two players to both play defect even though each player's individual reward would be greater if they both played cooperate. In equilibrium, each prisoner chooses to defect even though both would be better off by cooperating, hence the dilemma.

In the iterated prisoner's dilemma the game is played repeatedly. Thus each player has an opportunity to "punish" the other player for previous non-cooperative play. Cooperation may then arise as an equilibrium outcome. The incentive to defect is overcome by the threat of punishment, leading to the possibility of a cooperative outcome. If the game result is infinitely repeated, cooperation may be a Nash equilibrium although both players defecting always remains an equilibrium.

The Prisoner's dilemma was originally framed by Merrill Flood and Melvin Dresher working at RAND in 1950. Albert W. Tucker formalized the game with prison sentence payoffs and gave it the "Prisoner's Dilemma" name (Poundstone, 1992).

The dilemma arises when one assumes that both prisoners only care about minimizing their own jail terms. Each prisoner has two options: to cooperate with his accomplice and stay quiet, or to defect from their implied pact and betray his accomplice in return for a lighter sentence. The outcome of each choice depends on the choice of the accomplice, but each prisoner must choose without knowing what his accomplice has chosen to do.

Let's assume the protagonist prisoner is working out his best move. If his partner stays quiet, his best move is to betray as he then walks free instead of receiving the minor sentence. If his partner betrays, his best move is still to betray, as by doing it he receives a relatively lesser sentence than staying silent. At the same time, the other prisoner's thinking would also have arrived at the same conclusion and would therefore also betray.

If reasoned from the perspective of the optimal outcome for the group (of two prisoners), the correct choice would be for both prisoners to cooperate with each other (both staying silent), as this would reduce the total jail time served by the group to one year total. Any other decision would be worse for the two prisoners considered together. When the prisoners both betray each other, each prisoner achieves a worse outcome than if they had cooperated.

This demonstrates very elegantly that in a non-zero sum game a Pareto optimum and the Nash Equilibrium can be opposite. In other words, that a non-zero sum game may not have a solution that is both optimal and stable; a Pareto optimum can be unstable and the Nash equilibrium can be sub-optimal.

Alternately, the "Stay Silent" and "Betray" strategies may be known as "don't confess" and "confess", or the more standard "cooperate" and "defect", respectively.

The Teaching of History

Every time I arrive to a small time LAPD will escalate the local population to act tougher than needed. This is histrionic and elevates the crime rate. Inyo County far and above has the lowest crime rate. I believe three small towns Bishop, Big Pine, Lone Pine and/ Independence have won this distinction by a map maker, probably Rand and MacNally or the like.

Various states have considered the teaching of LGBT History. The HIV rate is extremely low here.

The Human Rights Violations are not.
