A cell of LAPD California has been running a de facto entrapment openly since June 17, 1987. This is the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution. They pertain ideologically to the school of Irrationalism. The are Pre-Fascists. They cognitive abilities and their culture lack the ability and skills to build a state or lead a nation.

The 232nd Fourth of July has arrived with tremendous uncertainty. The conditions of Radanatha persist. Hence there is no surface water that has not been chemically attacked for hundreds of miles. Most edible food has had the exterior of it’s packaging sprayed also.

There have been 1400 wildfires in Northern California in the last two weeks. About 350 are still problematic. The coastal resort towns of Big Sur and Goleta are in the verge of being overrun. The stock market is down 20% since last October. Oil has set a record of over $145 dollars a barrel. Gas is over $4.60 here in California. Unemployment is 6.8% here and 5.5% nationwide.

The crowding effect will marginalize those who are not prepared. This is largely focused on employment and various types of debt.

What is unique is that the United States is a nation of informants. These manmade conditions escalate because persons desire economic promotion through the riggings of the police. This simply leads to racketeering, extortion, blackmail, and violence.

Another interesting fact is metabo. In Japan it is illegal for men to have an over 32 inch waistline. All of LAPD’s members are obese. I imagine in this country these overweight persons will have to pay extra for insurance premiums.

Criminal Determinism: Nativism, Socialization, and Sexuality

One of the most important observations in the history of MOEC is that criminal determinism is largely predicated on being an informant. Within this argument there is a conflict between a priori internal genetics and inductive socialization.

Here it is observable that the construction of the Gay Militia within LAPD and The Baltimore Studio are LGBT. The Delaware State Police are mostly heterosexual. I am not sure of the Baltimore PD. This information is what I have heard from these individuals hence again what is called hearsay. This is the auditory stimulus that I am being exposed to allegedly from the membership of theses structures. Conversely I am solidly heterosexual and any study of my lifespan will verify such.

Hence the LGBT platform is creating the worst criminals at the public non-managemental unsworn officials. LAPD will create crime multipliers from informants and hierarchically aim such at competent officials as the president, governor, homeland security secretary, and attorney general.

It is clear that incest, LGBT orientation, and molestation as a child are the greatest indicator of future criminality. This is compounded by being an informant. Drug abuse, alcohol use, and other behavior that is socialized by a negative relation with a code enforcement official is also prominent.

In this regards with the groups mentioned, the County of Los Angeles, California, Delaware, and the Western Shore of Maryland have produced the most career and pathological criminals. The Baltimore - Washington area is most likely to have also produced the highest crime rate in the last twenty years.

The construction in Los Angeles PD for permitting twenty white LGBT officers to work exclusively is a tremendous error. This cell structure will only magnify their worst characteristics without checks. There should have been diversity and direct supervision both within and without LAPD.

The Baltimore Studio or The Studio has a five to two ratio of African Americans and two Caucasians.

The systematic torture is also predicated on an inferiority complex. Most displacement or the use of a substitute target is related to such. Here a nexus with body dysmorphic disorder is observed in a supporting role to psychopathy. The average Body Mass Index for LGBT persons is easily between 30 -38. Obesity is over 30. Beginning to Define the Circular Folly

In Gaudiya Vaishnavism there is no drug use, eating meat, gambling, and illicit sex.

The latter includes LGBT behavior. Hrdayanada Maharaj is the most pro LGBT guru in ISKCON having written a major position paper on such.

This area is now a showcase for pathological lying. The main attempt and strategic mission is to use me as a foil for the LGBT platform. Historically one might have said that I was a mediating figure in this area. The Vedas only accept Garbandana Samskara for procreation. This is essentially heterosexual marriage to produce religious offspring.

This is a sacrifice hence the word Samskara. LGBT behavior falls outside of Samskara.

In short Hrdayananda Maharaj, a diksa guru has a marriage paper in support of gay monogamy which is a steady relation short of marriage to control the senses. Maharaj or great king is an honorific denote peerage. It does not mean to know one is to love one.

The definition of the structure is quite profound. The strategic mission to attack the United States has been successful. The intent to arrange my natural person as a LGBT victim has lost. The use of violence for any agenda will be resoundingly denounced. The use of common torture and criminality and criminals is not going to gain political status as rebel fighters for bellicose parties no matter how they attempt to reinvent law with relative morality.

Persons that attack civilians as myself are not fighting for a political agenda. They are criminals and should be treated as such. LGBT crime on LGBT crime is all that has occurred. Attempting to place all the blame on Ronald Reagan is also irrational. The drug dealers are heroes sanctioned to lead one to heaven? This is more absurdity.

Social
Often particular social policies or issues will be so contentious that they will incite extremist behavior and terrorism. • Minority rights

Networked Structure
Terrorists are now increasingly part of far more indistinct and broader system of networks than previously experienced. Groups based on religious or single-issue motives lack a specific political or nationalistic agenda; they therefore have less need for a hierarchical structure to coordinate the achievement of their goals. Instead, they can depend and even thrive on loose affiliation with like-minded groups or individuals from a variety of locations. General goals and targets are announced, and individuals or cells are expected to use flexibility and initiative
to conduct the necessary action.

Basic Concepts
Networks consist of nodes. A node may be an individual, a cell, another networked organization, or a hierarchical organization. They may also consist of parts of other organizations, even governments, which are acting in ways that can be exploited to achieve the network’s organizational goals.

The effectiveness of a networked organization is dependent on several things. The network achieves long-term organizational effectiveness when the nodes share a unifying ideology, common goals or mutual interests. When there is failure to accept the overall goals of the
organization, pieces of the network will drop out. This is less catastrophic than a splintering within a hierarchical group.

Another difficulty for network organizations not sharing a unifying ideology is that nodes can pursue objectives or take actions that do not meet the goals of the organization, or are actually counterproductive. In this instance, the independence of nodes fails to develop synergy
between their activities or contribute to common objectives.

Networks distribute the responsibility for operations, and provide redundancies for key functions. The various cells need not contact or coordinate with other cells except for those essential to a particular operation or function. The avoidance of unnecessary coordination or command approval for action provides deniability to the leadership and enhances operational security.

Networks are not necessarily dependent on the latest information technology for their effect. The organizational structure and the flow of information inside the organization are the defining aspects of networks. While information technology can make networks more
effective, low-tech means such as couriers and landline telephones can enable networks to operate effectively in certain circumstances.

Hub or Star and Wheel
Nodes communicate with one central node. The central node need not be the leader or decision maker for the network. A variation of the hub is a wheel design where the outer nodes communicate with one or two other outer nodes in addition to the hub. A wheel configuration is a common feature of a financial or economic network.

Government Affiliation Categories
Categorizing terrorist groups by their affiliation with governments provides indications of their means for intelligence, operations, and access to types of weapons. U.S. joint doctrine identifies three affiliations: non-state supported, state-supported, and state-directed terrorist groups.

• Non-state supported. These are terrorist groups that operate autonomously, receiving no significant support from any government.

LAPD nor any law enforcement figure is legally permitted to aggrandize a political position. LAPD uses a LCD approach to insulate themselves and informant henchpersons. There position is that pornography, drug use/dealing, male prostitution/female prostitution, pedophilia is a part of accepting the LGBT culture.

Here in Cambria male prostitution is an embarrassment to the entire country. Calling the area an "enclave" in attempt that is immune to being exposed is part of the corrupt task master - informant trap. I am afraid of the LGBT groupist? Not in the least. What is unique is that if someone were to impeach and place the entire Bush Administration in prison, this event could still endure. LAPD is clearly a higher structural controller over the three executive branches of government. This demonstrates a level of impotence and collusion at what are the highest levels of domestic leadership and the world.

The other law enforcement agencies as Baltimore PD and the Delaware State Police could also be decapitated and LAPD could still substitute personnel.

I do not believe that this event will last another ten years. I have no intention of giving up a course of direct legal prosecutions.

The Polarization of Truth

The intent of LAPD is clear. They wish to promote a LGBT platform that is dependent on them. This is by using defection, torture, and me as symbol and shield. Also one has to note that the constitution, citizenship, and the presidency have been damaged. The environment is worse that Love Canal ever could have been.

I have been a consistent heterosexual all my life and my spiritual conservatism is bearing maturity. Part of LAPD's attacks are based on eternal law. I do not argue LGBT as consistent with this platform. They are arguing relevatism. I am arguing absolute morality.

In this context Jayadvaitya goswami of ISKCON is the new front in their circular folly. This tactic just replaces any diksa guru with another that is LGBT favorable. I am a ritvik follower of Srila Prabhupada whose appearance day is today. Jayadvaitya goswami has permission to edit Srila Prabhupada's books. He is more or less rewriting.

Here we witness the high level shield for LAPD being religion. They are naive to believe that a gay orientation will provide unity. The retirement of The Fly has given a more closed texture to this event. He has escalated and handed off this event to successors. This also leaves all seven members of The Baltimore Studio and the Delaware State Police in jeopardy.

The Retirement of The Fly

July 13, 2007 allegedly was the retirement of The Fly. This once 65 year old bisexual officer in my opinion will be the baseline archetype personality in the study of pathological lying. This cannot be understated. It appears that a dependent fatalistic culture was orchestrated under a suboptimal Nash Equilibrium.

In focus the Radanatha escalation occurred on February 13, 2007 along the Colorado River. The Inyo Complex Fire is 80% contained here and the county has been in a state of emergency.

Any water taken from a surface source would have been chemically contaminated. The June Fire still burning as over 80 acres in Mono County has no clean surface water as June Lake has been hit by The Fly.
